“Ah, kimselerin vakti yok
Durup ince şeyleri anlamaya”

“Oh, no one has the time
To appreciate the finer things”

TURUNÇ’s US Desk is focused on cross-border transactions between the United States and Turkey. Since our founding, we have represented many US businesses on a multitude of transactions and other needs in Turkey, including acquisitions, financing transactions, cross-border compliance issues and dispute resolution.

Similarly, we regularly represent Turkish companies looking to acquire US-based companies or conduct other business in the United States.

Our representative office in Washington, D.C. advises US clients on Turkish law issues and helps Turkish businesses navigate the US landscape. Our strong ties with leading law firms in the US across a wide range of practice areas and industries allows us to identify the right co-counsel on all of our US-related matters.

Our US Desk is co-headed by founding partner Noyan Turunç, who spent most of his professional life prior to founding the Firm as in house counsel at various US multinationals, including Boeing and Coca-Cola, and US-educated and trained Kerem Turunç, who is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
